Octavia grew up in Indianapolis. She graduated from Southport High School. Octavia has 4 daughters. They are 29, 27, 25, and 21.
She has been a licensed real estate agent for 3 ½ years. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughters and two grandchildren.
