Licensed Real Estate Agent - Residential Property Manager
Triple E Property Management is looking for professional, reliable maintenance technicians to assist with maintenance requests and punch lists for residential properties. A strong candidate is highly motivated, able to work independently and follows instructions.
This individual must have good written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate has experience working with drywall, paint, caulking, carpentry, and plumbing. You should be able to lift 40 lbs, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, bend and be available to work weekends as needed.
You must have a valid ID and have reliable transportation. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Experience working with minor electrical, and HVAC is also a plus.
Paid weekly, paid vacation, paid holidays and overtime weekend pay.

Bi-Lingual Property Manager Service Team - FULL TEAM
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Respond to telephone inquiries pertaining to lease interpretation, renewal, termination, and expiration
Respond to maintenance request
Handle lease signing, ensure accuracy and properly executed
Develop and implement positive resident relationship
Complete entrance and exit inspections
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments and with co-workers
Keep abreast of new technologies, systems, and procedures related to property management
Prompt and accurate submission of correspondence
Open communication with office personnel
Performs additional duties as assigned
Conduct showings of residential properties available for rent if licensed
Residential Property management experience is required
Prefers someone with experience managing single-family homes
Real estate license a plus
Fluent Spanish is a must
