All agents must hold an active real estate license with the state of Indiana. Please visit: https://inbiz.in.gov/BOS/Home/Index to transfer your license to Triple E Realty.
In addition, you’ll need to provide the following documents prior to your first day:
Completed independent contractor agreement
W-9 form for tax purposes
Direct deposit information for commission payments
Desk fees withdrawal form

All transactions are to be submitted to our transaction coordinator, Yvette Bernardo - yvette@tripleErealty.com. Agents must send fully executed contracts, disclosures, and/or any amendments as soon as you and your client(s) have signed.
Pending and closed files are reviewed by Yvette Bernardo
Commissions are paid once the file is complete and approved.
Agents are encouraged to keep all client documents organized and submitted promptly to avoid closing or payment delays.

We expect new agents to:
Complete all onboarding and training modules within their first 30 days.
Attend office meetings and participate in ongoing education.
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a client first mindset.
Actively market and build their business

Our office hosts monthly training sessions that all agents are encouraged to attend for updates and skill building. We have several lunch and learns throughout the year that are hosted by outside professionals from various industries. We strongly recommend attending these sessions to expand your expertise and better serve your clients.

As a licensed real estate agent, you will receive access to a full suite of tools to manage and grow their business, including:
Access to Mibor and Broker Bay for showings (Mibor fees are the agent's responsibilities)
Zipforms (IAR forms)
CRM (Client Relationship Manager) for lead tracking (see Starla)
Company email and digital signature tools
Marketing templates and listing presentation resources

Yes. Each agent receives a personalized company profile page on our main website, featuring their bio and contact information.

Our managing broker and transaction coordinator are available Monday-Friday, 8AM–5PM for questions, contract review, and transaction support.
Urgent contract questions can be texted or emailed directly to Evona and Yvette.

Triple E agents have access to our media & marketing consultants, Mathis Media, who offer discounted photography, video, branding and marketing services. Each month, agents receive an easy-to-update newsletter, social media–ready posts, and a personal website page that we update for you.
